Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please do so 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Deposit is non-refundable if you do not cancel or reschedule within 48 hour window. If you have to reschedule more than once, deposit is non-refundable. After 10 minutes of being late, you will be charged a $10 late fee. A $10 last minute booking fee will be applied when booking a service less than 24 hours prior to service.
